Kidream.ai Subscription Cancellation Policy — India

  • Effective date: 1 September 2026
  • Last updated: 1 September 2026
  • Version: v2026.09.01
  • Service provider: DOUDOU CO LIMITED
  • Address: FLAT/RM 18, 6/F, SINO INDUSTRIAL PLAZA, 9 KAI CHEUNG ROAD, KOWLOON BAY, HONG KONG
  • Contact: support@kidream.ai (Email)

1. Scope and transaction terms

This Policy applies to recurring subscriptions purchased directly from DOUDOU CO LIMITED through Kidream.ai (First-party page) by users in India. The price, taxes, billing frequency, trial terms, renewal date, service period, and benefits are those clearly displayed and accepted for the individual transaction. No amount, cycle, trial length, or membership date is fixed by this Policy.

2. Enrolment and consent

Recurring billing begins only after clear disclosure of the material terms and an affirmative action showing consent. We do not use a preselected choice, disguised advertisement, forced continuity, or another dark pattern to obtain or retain a subscription. A confirmation capable of being retained is provided after enrolment.

3. Cancellation channels

Stop future renewals through the online cancellation page (H5 service page; English en-US fallback), an equally accessible account control, or support@kidream.ai (Email). Provide an account or order identifier sufficient to find the subscription. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or complete payment credentials.

Cancellation will not be made unreasonably more difficult than enrolment. We may perform proportionate verification to protect the account but will not require an unrelated purchase, unnecessary call, or excessive personal information.

4. Effective time and future charges

A valid cancellation takes effect when our designated channel receives and associates it with the subscription. It stops renewals scheduled after that effective time. If a payment was already submitted for processing, we stop the following renewal and assess the submitted charge under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

5. Existing access and benefits

Unless the displayed transaction terms, a refund, or law require otherwise, access continues through the period already paid. Cancellation does not automatically erase an account or data. Benefits remain subject to the terms disclosed when granted and are affected only where the related payment is lawfully reversed, refunded, or fraudulent.

6. Cancellation is not a refund request

Cancellation prevents future renewal; it does not automatically return a completed payment. For an unauthorised, duplicate, incorrect, post-cancellation, defective-service, or otherwise refundable charge, use the refund request page (H5 service page; English en-US fallback). Statutory cancellation, refund, and consumer remedies are not restricted.

7. Third-party billing

Where an app store, telecom operator, wallet, platform, or reseller appears as merchant of record, use that merchant's subscription controls. We will reasonably assist with merchant identification and service verification. Deleting a Kidream.ai account alone may not stop third-party billing.

8. Confirmation and evidence

We provide a retainable confirmation of a completed cancellation and keep the operational record required to resolve disputes. Retain the confirmation, order identifier, and billing record. If the online route is unavailable, send the request by email and preserve proof of delivery.

9. Grievances and disputes

Report a charge after valid cancellation or a failed cancellation to support@kidream.ai (Email). We will acknowledge and address the grievance within the applicable mandatory period. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline, a Consumer Commission, the Central Consumer Protection Authority, the payment provider, or another competent forum.

Hong Kong law applies only to the extent that it does not remove mandatory Indian consumer protection or access to an Indian authority or forum with jurisdiction.
